By accessing or using fdback.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

fdback.io is a customer feedback management platform that helps teams collect, organize, and prioritize user feedback. The Service includes feedback boards, voting systems, public roadmaps, changelogs, and related features.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel anytime - access continues until the end of your billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties. You can export your data at any time. Upon account termination, we retain your data for 30 days before deletion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service's operation, upload malicious code, or abuse API rate limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fdback.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
