Add a feedback board to Webflow

Collect feature requests, let users vote, and share a public roadmap and changelog — right from the marketing sites and web apps you build with Webflow.

Why connect fdback to your Webflow site?

Webflow is great for building marketing sites and web apps — but when users have feature ideas or bug reports, they end up in your inbox, a contact form, or nowhere at all. A feedback board gives them one public place to post and vote, so you see demand instead of anecdotes, and every voter gets notified automatically when you ship.

  • One board for feature requests, bugs, and questions — with voting
  • Public roadmap that updates as you work
  • Changelog that notifies every voter when their request ships
  • Free plan with unlimited posts, users, and voters

Set it up in three steps

01

Create your fdback workspace

Sign up free and create a workspace. You instantly get a hosted feedback board with voting, a public roadmap, and a changelog — no Webflow configuration needed yet.

02

Get your board's URL

Your board lives at yourname.fdback.io out of the box. On the Pro plan you can serve it from your own domain (feedback.yoursite.com) and remove fdback branding entirely.

03

Connect it to Webflow

Link to it from your navigation, or embed the feedback widget so users never leave your site. Details for both below.

Two ways to add it to Webflow

NO CODE

Navigation link

Open the Navbar in the Designer and add a link block pointing to your feedback board — works on any plan. Users land on your hosted board — or your own domain on the Pro plan.

ONE SNIPPET

Embedded widget

Keep users on your site. Copy the widget snippet from your fdback workspace settings and paste it into Site Settings → Custom Code, or drop an Embed element anywhere on the page.

Custom code requires a paid Webflow site plan. The Embed element also works per-page if you only want the widget on specific pages.

What makes fdback different from Canny, Nolt?

fdback.io is built for teams who ship fast and don't want to babysit another tool. Setup takes minutes, pricing is transparent, and you won't outgrow it on day one. No demo calls, no sales process — just sign up and start collecting feedback.

Why is fdback so affordable?

No VC funding, no enterprise sales team, no bloated overhead. Just one developer focused on building a great product at a fair price.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Connect your custom domain and your feedback portal lives at feedback.yourdomain.com.

How do I collect feedback from my users?

Share your feedback board link or embed the widget on your site. Users can submit ideas, vote, and comment.

How do I notify users when I ship their feature?

Mark feedback as completed and everyone who voted gets an email automatically. You can also link it to a changelog entry for a public announcement.

Do I need to write code to add a feedback board to Webflow?

No. The simplest setup is a navigation link to your hosted board, which works on every Webflow plan. The embeddable widget uses a small snippet — Custom code requires a paid Webflow site plan. The Embed element also works per-page if you only want the widget on specific pages.

Can the feedback board match my Webflow site's branding?

Yes. You can customize the board's appearance, and on the Pro plan ($15/mo) serve it from your own domain with fdback branding removed — visitors never know it's a separate tool.

Does this work on Webflow's free plan?

The navigation-link approach works on any Webflow plan. Custom code requires a paid Webflow site plan. The Embed element also works per-page if you only want the widget on specific pages.
